1) Overview (No-Questions-Asked)

We offer no-questions-asked returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  • Submit your request within 14 days of delivery.
  • Ship items back within 7 days of approval.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply (e.g., EU/EEA right of withdrawal), we comply with local law.

2) Who Pays Shipping

A. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

  • Return, exchange, or refund fully supported.
  • We cover return and re-shipping costs (prepaid label provided).

B. Change of Mind (Undamaged Item)

  • Return or exchange supported.
  • Customer covers return shipping.
  • For exchanges, re-shipping costs are also covered by the customer.

⚠️ Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories. Personalized items and opened consumables (e.g., food) are not returnable unless defective.

3) Refund Method & PayPal Fees

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • PayPal (Modified Policy)
    • Full refunds: refunded amount = order value × 95% (5% bank handling fee deducted).
    • Example: $100 order → $95 refunded.
    • Exchange rate differences may occur depending on your bank (rare).
  • Partial refunds (PayPal)
    • refund = partial amount × 95.6%
    • Example: $20 partial refund → $19.12 refunded.
    • The 5% fee usually does not apply to partial refunds.
  • Other payment methods: non-refundable fees follow each provider’s rules.

4) Timelines

  • Review/approval: 1–2 business days after request submission
  • Internal processing: 3–5 business days after return verification
  • Bank/PayPal posting: typically 5–10 business days
  • Total timeframe: up to 15 business days after acceptance

5) How to Start a Return/Exchange

  • Order number, full name, phone, and address
  • Reason for return (include photos/video if damaged/defective)

We’ll reply with the return address and instructions (or a prepaid label if we cover shipping).

6) Gifts & Promotions

  • Free gifts must be returned for a full refund.
  • If gifts are not returned, their value will be deducted.
  • Defective gifts will be replaced or credited.

7) Lost / Damaged Parcels & Refusals

  • If the carton is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • For suspected loss/damage, contact the carrier with your tracking number and notify us for assistance.
  • Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

8) Non-Returnable Items (unless faulty)

  • Opened consumables (e.g., food/treats)
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Items returned late or not in resalable condition
